Building Inspections:

We provide building inspection and consulting services to prospective home buyers, sellers, owners, realtors, mortgage companies,  lawyers and the general public.

We will conduct a systematic visual point-by-point checklist inspection of your new or existing property that includes foundation, lot and landscaping, exterior, roofing, foundation, framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, kitchen, bathroom, seawall and safety.We will submit a written and oral report of our findings.

We consult with our clients regarding specific building problems such as leaky roofs or basements, visible termite damage, structural, mechanical and electrical inadequacies etc. And since we are professional engineers we are allowed to render opinions for possible remedial action on any problems that we may find.

We specialize in underground  utility design. Our designs strictly conform to accepted principles, tests and standards.
