In the state of Florida, it is required that all buildings or structures
be erected and maintained in compliance with a set of standards that are designed to protect the safety and well being of
the general public. Engineers and Architects are required by law to acquire and maintain the skills, knowledge and judgement
requisite of those standards.
Not only must the Engineer or Architect be proficient
in the codes that govern the discipline, they must also be highly skilled in the latest engineering techniques and procedues;
a trait that is acquired only through study and practice.

IS CONDUCTED UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF A PROFESSSIONAL ENGINEER OR A REGISTERED ARCHITECT.
